PROCESS & FEES

  • 2) Receive a Flat Fee Quote
  • 3) Sign Services Agreement & Pay Flat Fee (or Retainer)    Sample Flat Fee Agreement    Sample Retainer Agreement
  • Flat Fee Benefits
  • - Clients know the total cost up front
  • - Clients have another basis with which to compare attorneys
  • - Flat fees encourage open communication from the client to the attorney. In hourly billing situations, clients sometimes hesitate to provide information to the attorney because they know that they will incur fees and costs for the time.
  • - Clients have a higher level of trust with their lawyers, which results in a better working relationship, which frequently yields better outcomes in the clients' cases.
  • Includes: Whatever reasonable efforts are needed to complete the task, including meetings, phone calls, and filing (client must pay costs and filing fees).
  • Retainer Agreements
  • For those tasks that are not specific or where we take the entire case (not unbundled), we use a retainer (that depends on the case) and bill at $250 per hour for an attorney and $120 per hour for a paralegal.
  • Financial problems?
  • We're here to help: Flat fees, unbundled services (specific tasks), and payment plans available.
